- 10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 oz. Swiss cheese
- 4 oz. blue cheese
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce
- Finely chopped Walnuts or pecans (about 1/2 c.)
Directions

1Grate cheddar and Swiss coarsley.

2Crumble blue cheese finely using a fork, mix all together with softened cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce.

3Shape into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Roll in nuts.

4Put on platter or cookie sheet lined with wax paper chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
