  • 1 pkg or jar of Kraft pimento cheesse
  • 1 pkg very sharp cheese
  • 1 roll garlic cheese
  • 1 roll jalepeno cheese
  • 1/2 med minced onion
  • 1 garlic clove minces
  • dash tobasco
  • garlic salt, salt & Pepper
  • 1 c pecans chopped fine

Directions

    Soften cheese to room temp. Combine cheese & seasonings in bowl. Blend well with electric mixed. Stir in pecans. Shape into 1 large or 2 small balls. Chill overnight. Roll in chopped parsley or pecans. Keep rolled in foil. Remove about 1 hour before serving so cheese will be spreadable.
