  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. crumbled Blue cheese
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c. minced onion (2 Tbsp.)
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

    Put all cheeses and other ingredients together.

    Beat at medium speed until fluffy.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Form in two balls and roll in parsley flakes and nuts.
