  • 2 1/4 c. baking mix
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1/4 c. Colby cheese
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients until dough forms.

    If dough is too sticky, add a little more baking mix.

    Put a little baking mix on large surface which isn't sticky.

    Roll out to 1/2 inch thick. Cut with a cutter.

    Bake on a cookie sheet, greased.

    Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes or lightly brown.
