Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup SR flour
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • 25g butter
  • 1 1/4 cups KRAFT Tasty Cheese

Directions

    Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until mixture forms a ball.

    Roll out between 2 pieces of baking paper until 1/2 cm thick.

    Cut into 5cm rounds and place on a greased baking tray.

    Bake in a hot 200 degrees C oven for 8-10 minutes.

    Cool on a wire rack.

    These biscuits are great to serve with drinks or as part of a lunch platter with deli meats, olives, pickled onions and cornichons.
