- 10 oz. extra sharp Kraft Cracker Barrel cheese (red package)
- 2 1/2 sticks butter or oleo
- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- pecan halves
Directions

1Use a hand mixer for this recipe.

2Allow time for cheese and butter to soften.

3Cream together cheese and butter, then gradually add flour and mix thoroughly.

4Put in refrigerator for about an hour.

5Dust hands with flour and roll dough into 1 1/4-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

6Press pecan half in center of each cheese ball.

7Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 325°. Do not brown.

8Makes approximately 5 dozen.
