- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 loaves Pepperidge Farm thin bread
Directions

1Blend cream cheese, sugar and yolks until creamy.

2Remove crusts from bread.

3Roll paper thin and spread cheese mixture onto bread and roll.

4Freeze 15 minutes. Dip bread into melted butter and then into cinnamon and sugar mixture.

5Cut roll in half.

6Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
