- 2 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- enough milk to make soft dough
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Melt margarine in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Mix grated cheese with flour and then stir in milk until dough is the consistency of biscuit dough.

2Roll out dough on floured board or cloth, then cut into biscuits.

3Place biscuits in melted margarine, turning once to coat well.

4Bake at 400° until light brown.
