- 1 lb. cottage cheese
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 pt. sour cream
- canned cherries, blueberries or blackberries (for toppings)
Directions

1Cream together the cottage cheese and cream cheese.

2Gradually add the sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla.

3Add cornstarch and flour.

4Stir in well until smooth the melted butter and sour cream.

5Pour into greased (with margarine) spring pan.

6Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

7Let remain in shut off oven for 2 more hours. Chill.

8Put on topping just before serving.
