- 2/3 lb. graham crackers
- 1/4 lb. butter or oleo
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) lemon gelatin
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 tall can evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Crush graham crackers very fine.

2Add melted butter and mix. Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan, saving 1/2 cup mixture for topping.

3Add sugar to softened cream cheese.

4Mix well and set aside.

5Dissolve gelatin in hot water and chill until syrup consistency.

6Whip chilled milk in large bowl and add lemon juice and whip.

7Add gelatin mixture to milk mixture; beat well.

8Add cream cheese mixture to milk mixture about 1/4 cup at a time, beating well after each addition.

9Pour mixture into pan; sprinkle top with graham cracker mixture.

10Chill until firm.

11Cut into squares and serve.
