  • 1 lb. 2 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. lemon (juice and rind)
  • 3 rolled graham crackers (full size)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cream the cheese. Gradually add eggs, 3/4 cup sugar and lemon juice.

    Butter spring-form pan. Coat with graham crackers. Gently pour in cream cheese mixture.

    Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
