- 2 lb. cream cheese (four 8 oz.)
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, well-beaten
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice or 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 pt. sour cream
Directions

1At high speed on mixer, mix cream cheese.

2Gradually add sugar.

3Add eggs and beat well.

4Then turn mixer on low and add cornstarch, flour, vanilla and lemon juice.

5By hand, mix in melted butter and sour cream until smooth.

6Pour into spring pan and bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325°.

7Turn off heat.

8Let cake stay in oven 2 hours or overnight (when I bake in the evening, I keep it in overnight).

9Then refrigerate.
