- 1 chopped onion
- 2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can milk (soup can)
Directions

1Layer ingredients in a 9 x 12 x 2-inch baking pan.

2Put the meat first, then the onion, then the hash browns.

3Pour soup on top of hash browns.

4Spread evenly and bake at 350° for 2 hours. Can also add peas or corn if desired.
