  • 1 lb. carrots
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, chunked or grated
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. light cream
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Cook carrots with salt and sugar until tender.

    Drain.

    Add cream, butter and layer with cheese.

    Pour in baking dish and bake at 300° for about 30 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.
