  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. plain yogurt
  • 1/4 c. melted butter, cooked
  • 1 c. cornmeal
  • 1 tsp. each salt and baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 c. canned cream-style corn
  • 1/2 c. minced scallions (about 4)
  • 1 (14 oz.) can chopped green chilies
