- 1 12 cups flour
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14-12 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Put flour, salt and cayanne pepper in bowl of a food prossessor and blitz.

2Cube butter and cheese and add to flour mixture.

3Add worcestershire sauce and blitz until it begins to form a ball.

4Spread out a long piece of plastic wrap and dump mixture onto it (Make sure it is long enough to spread mix into a rectangular disc).

5Wrap up and press into shape.

6Place in zip bag and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour.

7Roll out between 2 pieces of waxed paper to about 1/8 inch deep.

8Cut into desired shapes.

9Bake at 350F for 12 to 14 minutes.
