  • 1 12 cups flour
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 14-12 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Put flour, salt and cayanne pepper in bowl of a food prossessor and blitz.

    Cube butter and cheese and add to flour mixture.

    Add worcestershire sauce and blitz until it begins to form a ball.

    Spread out a long piece of plastic wrap and dump mixture onto it (Make sure it is long enough to spread mix into a rectangular disc).

    Wrap up and press into shape.

    Place in zip bag and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour.

    Roll out between 2 pieces of waxed paper to about 1/8 inch deep.

    Cut into desired shapes.

    Bake at 350F for 12 to 14 minutes.
