  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) butterscotch morsels
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 2 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Over hot water, melt morsels and butter, stirring constantly, until smooth.

    Transfer to large bowl; stir in graham cracker crumbs and nuts with fork until crumbly.

    Reserve 2 cups crumbly mixture for topping.

    Press remaining mixture into ungreased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch pan (9 x 13-inch works okay). Bake 12 minutes at 350°.
