- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 egg, separated
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Unroll dough from 1 package of rolls.

3Press into prepared pan.

4Press to eliminate holes. Soften cream cheese.

5Beat until creamy.

6Add sugar and egg yolk. Spread over dough in pan.

7Form another rectangle of dough from second package and place on top of cheese.

8Brush top with egg white.

9Sprinkle lightly with sugar.

10Bake in 350° oven 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown.

11When cool, cut into squares.
