- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 1 egg, separated
- 1 tsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Blend sugar, egg yolk and lemon juice until smooth.

2Add cheese and vanilla. Spread 1 package of crescent rolls in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Pinch seams together.

3Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over rolls.

4Top with remaining package of crescent rolls. Mix egg white with 1 teaspoon water.

5Brush on top of rolls. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
