Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 5 (6 to 7-inch) flour tortillas
  • Pam
  • 1 c. cold skim milk
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) container cream cheese
  • 2 c. thawed Cool Whip
  • 1 oz. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate

Directions

    Combine sugar and cinnamon.

    Spray tortillas with Pam. Sprinkle each tortilla with a scant 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon/sugar mixture.

    Turn over and repeat.

    Cut each tortilla into 4 wedges. Stand rounded edge of each tortilla wedge in bottom of muffin cup curling sides to fit cup.

    Bake 10 minutes.
