- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 packages Puff pastry
- 2 yolks, save whites

1Preheat oven to 375

2Using a mixer, blend together the sugar, cream cheese, vanilla, and yolks

3Lay out thawed puff pastry sheet, roll to desired thickness

4Spread cream cheese mixture over pastry sheet, roll into a log

5Grease circular baking pan with butter

6Cut log into half-inch rounds, place cut side up

7Brush egg whites over tops of rolls and bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
