  • 1 small Velveeta cheese
  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas
  • 1 large can chili (no beans)
  • 1/2 c. Longhorn cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1 small tomato sauce

    Use 9 x 12-inch Pyrex dish.

    Cover bottom with tomato sauce. Cut Velveeta in long sticks.

    Put 1 cheese stick and roll in tortilla and place in pan.

    Fill pan.

    Cover with chili; sprinkle with onion.

    Cover with grated cheese.

    Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
