  • 1 box jumbo shells
  • 24 oz. cottage cheese
  • 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 3/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce

    Cook jumbo shells according to package; drain.

    Cool in a single layer on waxed paper to keep shells from sticking.

    Combine cheeses, eggs and spices.

    Fill each shell with 2 tablespoons. Spread thin layer of sauce on bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Put shells in, open side up.

    Cover with rest of sauce.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
