- 1 box jumbo shells
- 24 oz. cottage cheese
- 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 3/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Cook jumbo shells according to package; drain.

2Cool in a single layer on waxed paper to keep shells from sticking.

3Combine cheeses, eggs and spices.

4Fill each shell with 2 tablespoons. Spread thin layer of sauce on bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.

5Put shells in, open side up.

6Cover with rest of sauce.

7Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
