- 1 c. milk
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1 c. fine bread crumbs
- salt spoon dry mustard
- few grains cayenne
- 2 well beaten eggs
Directions

1Heat butter and milk.

2When very hot, stir in grated cheese, bread crumbs, dry mustard and cayenne.

3When cheese is melted, stir in eggs.

4Serve on crackers.
