  • 1 c. grits
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 c. Velveeta cheese, cut into small pieces

    Stir grits, salt and pepper into boiling water.

    Cook, stirring until thickened and bubbly.
