  • 1 c. grits
  • 4 c. slightly salted water
  • 3/4 cube oleo
  • 1 tube sharp cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten in 1 cup (measure with enough milk added to fill cup)

Directions

    Cook grits in slightly salted water for about 5 minutes, until thick.

    While on burner, add oleo, sharp cheese and egg with milk. Stir until cheese and butter are melted.

    Bake 45 minutes at 400°.
