  • 1 cup uncooked grits
  • 1 6 oz. pkg. processed garlic cheese in cylinder roll
  • 1/4 cup grated very sharp cheese
  • 1/2 cup margarine or butter
  • paprika

Directions

    Cook grits as instructed on the package using 2 Tbsp. less water.

    While they are HOT, add the cheeses and butter (or margarine).

    Pour into 9-inch square baking pan.

    Top with paprika. Let it sit at least one night in the fridge before baking.
