  • 16 oz. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 6 c. water
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. salt (Lawry's seasoned salt)

Directions

    Cook grits in water.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Beat until smooth.

    Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased dish.

    Bake approximately 20 minutes at 325°.

    Good for breakfast or with just about any meal, especially fish.
