- 1 1/2 c. Wheat Chex cereal, crushed to 1/2 cup or 2 c. Corn Chex or Rice Chex, crushed to 2/3 c.
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 can refrigerator biscuits
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Mix together Chex crumbs, cheese and butter.

3Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits.

4Cut each in half.

5Press each half in crumb mixture to coat both sides thoroughly.

6With hands, roll each piece to form an 8-inch stick. (Crumbs will work into dough.)

7Gently tie to form a knot.

8Place on ungreased baking sheet.

9Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.

10Serve immediately.
