Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Blue cheese, crumbled
  • 4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded or cold cheese product
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions

    In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except nuts. Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed until well blended.

    Can stir in 1/4 cup of nuts, but I just put nuts on outside.

    Cover.

    Chill for 1 hour or longer.

    Spread nuts on waxed paper or foil.

    Form chilled mixture into log shape.

    Roll in nuts until all nuts are rolled in.

    Wrap in some foil and chill.

    Can be frozen and thaws quite fast.
