- 2 oz. Roquefort or Blue cheese (room temperature)
- cream or evaporated milk (1 Tbsp. at a time)
- white grapes
- almonds or pecans, chopped and toasted about 10 minutes at 250~

1Prepare day ahead.

2Mix cream cheese and Roquefort or Blue cheese together.

3Shape around grapes.

4Roll in toasted, chopped almonds or pecans and place on waxed paper.

5Refrigerate.

6Next day, cut grapes in half.

7These are so pretty arranged on a serving dish and, for variety, leave some of the grapes whole.
