- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. light cream
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt and pepper
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Beat eggs, cream, seasonings and baking powder until well blended.

2Place butter in glass pie plate.

3Cook on Roast (7) for 1 minute or until melted.

4Pour egg mixture into hot butter.

5Cook on Medium (5) for 6 to 8 minutes or until center is almost set. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

6Fold in half and serve.
