  • 1/2 bell pepper Finely Chopped
  • coriander leaves
  • green chillies Fresh chopped, as per taste

  • 1/2 chopped tomatoes finely

Directions

    Break in 3 large eggs and beat it well . Mix all the veggies to the beaten egg. Add in salt and pepper as per taste.

    Pou the mixture in a frying pan . Once the lower half of omlette starts to cook, grate a handsome amount of cheese and flip the omlette.

    Serve hot with bread slices.
