  • 1 loaf Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 qt. shredded Mozzarella cheese Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
  • 2 qt. Kraft Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2-1/2 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. madras curry powder, toasted
  • 1-1/3 cups green onions, minced

Directions

    Process cream cheese in food processor until light and fluffy.

    Add all remaining ingredients except onions; procees until smooth and well blended.

    Add onions; pulse just until combined.

    Press firmly into 4 foil-lined 8x4-inch loaf pans (or into 1 foil-lined loaf pan for trial recipe).

    Refrigerate several hours or overnight until firm.

    Unmold pates.

    Cut each loaf into 12 slices.

    Serve with assorted Christie Crackers or crostini.
