- 1 loaf Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 qt. shredded Mozzarella cheese Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 2 qt. Kraft Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2-1/2 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. madras curry powder, toasted
- 1-1/3 cups green onions, minced
Directions

1Process cream cheese in food processor until light and fluffy.

2Add all remaining ingredients except onions; procees until smooth and well blended.

3Add onions; pulse just until combined.

4Press firmly into 4 foil-lined 8x4-inch loaf pans (or into 1 foil-lined loaf pan for trial recipe).

5Refrigerate several hours or overnight until firm.

6Unmold pates.

7Cut each loaf into 12 slices.

8Serve with assorted Christie Crackers or crostini.
