Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
  • 1 onion, grated
  • salt to taste
  • dash of red pepper
  • 1 c. chopped parsley
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix cheeses and onion by hand.

    Add salt, pepper, 1/2 cup parsley and 1/2 cup pecans.

    Shape into a ball.

    Roll the ball in remaining parsley and pecans.

    Makes 3 nice sized cheese balls.
