- 5 medium potatoes
- 16 oz. cottage cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 stick margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Peel and boil potatoes until done. Drain the water off the potatoes and add the margarine, salt and pepper. Mash as you would for mashed potatoes. After they are mashed add all the cheeses except cheddar. Pour mixture in baking dish and sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven long enough for
