  • 1 1/2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Spread frozen hash browns out in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    In a saucepan, melt all the remaining ingredients.

    Pour over potatoes; mix thoroughly.

    Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.

    Bake for at least 1 hour, uncovered, at 350°.
