  • 2 lb. hash browns, thawed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. shredded Velveeta cheese
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 medium onion, chopped

Directions

    Mix together in casserole dish.

    Keep enough cheese to top. Sprinkle with parsley and pepper.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes or until it bubbles up in the middle.

    If potatoes start to look dry, cover to finish baking.
