- 1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 1 cube butter or margarine, melted
- salt and pepper
- dry parsley flakes, crumbled
Directions

1Butter a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

2Spread frozen potatoes across pan.

3Salt and pepper, if desired.

4Chop onion and crumble on top next, then spread all the cheese over evenly.

5Pour whipping cream over top.

6Drizzle melted butter around.

7Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.

8(Cover with foil first 1/2 hour or so, then remove foil and continue baking until cheese is melted and golden brown.) May be made ahead and frozen.
