  • 2 baked pie shells
  • 2 to 3 large onions, sliced
  • 2 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 eggs

Directions

    Saute sliced onions until clear, but not brown.

    Place onions in bottom of pie shells.
  3. 3
    Cover each with 1 package cheese.

    In another bowl, mix milk, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce and eggs.

    Pour over cheese, dividing mixture evenly.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 325° and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
