Cheese Rice

  • 2 cartons sour cream, thinned with 1/2 c. sweet cream
  • 2 small cans chopped green chilies
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

    Cook rice according to package directions, 1/2 length of time. Drain, add green chilies and sour cream mixture and 1/2 pound grated cheese.

    Pour into casserole.

    Top with remaining cheese; cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
