Cheese Rice Spinach Casserole

- 2 c. cooked rice
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach, drained
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. each: thyme, rosemary and marjoram
Directions

1Mix all ingredients and bake at 350° in a greased, uncovered, casserole dish for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours, until custard is set and not runny.
