  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • dash of garlic salt
  • dash of onion powder
  • 1 small can green chili peppers or jalapeno peppers

Directions

    Soften Velveeta cheese.

    Place wax paper on top and bottom of Velveeta cheese.

    Roll out pretty thin.

    Remove top piece of wax paper.
  5. 5
    Cream together the softened cream cheese, garlic salt and onion powder.

    Spread on top of Velveeta cheese.
  7. 7
    Spread chili peppers on top and roll together.
  8. 8
    Refrigerate, then cut into thin slices and serve with your favorite crackers.
