Ingredients: 1/2 c. pecans; 16 oz. cream cheese; 8 oz. shredded mild Cheddar cheese; 3 oz. cooked shredded ham; 1/4 c. shredded green pepper; 1/4 c. shredded onion; 1/4 c. bacon bits

1/2 c. pecans
16 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
3 oz. cooked shredded ham
1/4 c. shredded green pepper
1/4 c. shredded onion
1/4 c. bacon bits

Directions

Soften cream cheese; mix all other ingredients except pecans. Form into balls or log and roll in the pecans.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Can use American cheese if you want.
