- 7 slices cubed bread
- 5 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 2 cans (4 oz.) mushrooms
- 3/4 lb. grated cheese, Swiss and Cheddar mixed
- 1 c. cubed ham
- 1/2 c. white cooking sherry (optional)
- parsley
Directions

1Grease casserole and alternate layers of bread, cheese, mushrooms and ham.

2Beat eggs and add milk.

3Pour over bread mixture.

4Top with cheese.

5Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 325°.
