- 1 lb. aged Cheddar cheese spread
- 2 green peppers, seeds removed
- 1 medium onion
- 1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained
- 1 pt. stuffed olives, chopped
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 18 to 24 hard French rolls
Directions

1Chop cheese, peppers, onions and tuna real fine.

2Add olives, butter and tomato sauce and mix.

3Cut off tops of rolls and remove centers.

4Fill with mixture and wrap each roll in heavy waxed paper.

5Twist ends securely, place in paper bag and heat in slow oven (300°) for 20 minutes.

6Serve at once.

7Serves 9 to 12.
