- 2 slices American or Cheddar cheese (large enough to cover bread slices)
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 thin slices onion
- sprinkling of oregano and/or dill
- dash of salt and pepper
- 2 slices white or whole wheat bread
- 2 tsp. butter
Directions

1Spread half of the butter on one side of a slice of bread. Place buttered side down in skillet.

2Place a slice of cheese on the bread, then add tomato, onion, oregano/dill, salt and pepper. Add the second slice of cheese.
