- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions

1Melt margarine in pan.

2Stir in flour.

3Gradually add milk until smooth.

4Cook on medium heat 6 minutes while constantly stirring until thickened.

5Add cheese and the next 3 ingredients, stirring until cheese melts.
