- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/4 c. skim milk
- 8 slices American process cheese
- 2-4 drops hot sauce
Directions

1Melt margarine in sauce pan over medium heat.

2Add flour, dry mustard, salt and pepper.

3Let mixture bubble for 1 minute; slowly stir in milk.

4Mixture should start to thicken.

5Add cheese; stir until melted.

6Season with hot sauce.

7Makes about 2 cups.
