- 1 c. milk
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 c. cheese

1In double boiler, melt butter and flour.

2Blend in milk.

3Add beaten egg yolks and cut up cheese.

4When well creamed, thickened and blended, add well beaten egg whites.

5Cover and cook 7 minutes.
